Friends

Friends. Everyone has them and everyone needs them. They’re there with you through the good and bad times. We’re saying ‘Yay!’ to friendship!

Festivals aren’t exactly the most stressful places on Earth but actually that’s kind of why we went to MTV Crashes Plymouth (with 70,000 other people) to ask advice on how to deal with exam stress. Because actually, taking time out to chill with your mates, or listen to music, or go outside, is one of the best ways to cope with exam stress – which is the worst, we know. It feels like it’s this ohmygodexamsexamsexams all day long stress, but you’ve gotta take a step back, breathe, and don’t worry – exams won’t last forever! Get prepared by making a good timetable and remember that taking breaks makes you work better anyway, so…

We also talked about how to deal with bullies and what to do if you’re being bullied and basically – we know it’s not easy but you’ve gotta be strong cos you can do this – to stop bullying you need to tell someone. Soon as you do, the pressure’s lifted and it gets easier, promise.

So if you’re stressed, make sure you talk to someone and take a step back from your situation. Watch TV, chill with friends, listen to music (or, you know, go watch Foxes and Tinie Tempah live or something..!) because you’ve got to be good to yourself to be the best you can.
