Love life

First crushes, first kisses, first times… Figuring it all out can be rather confusing. From who to talk with, to what to expect, we’re here to help one another.

Most people find talking about sex kind of difficult, and we get that, so we wanted to share this episode of the 4:01 Show with you. Jimmy is on a mission to find out more about sex, as well as how to have those #awkwardconversations that we hate so much, so he had a DMC with Hannah Witton – who is totally cool with talking about sex.

Hannah’s got tons of advice, and a lot of it is about communication which is sooooooooo important when you’re thinking about having sex for the first time. You’ve gotta talk to your partner about it – cos if you can’t talk to them about sex then you really shouldn’t have sex with them! As well as your partner, you can chat to your parents (who, let’s be real, have definitely had sex so they’ll have some answers!) or your mates, who are probably thinking about similar questions. You can also go to the doctors! It’s completely confidential, there’s no embarrassment ‘cos they get asked this stuff all the time and they also give out free condoms! Winner.

So go ahead and start the conversation. Check the video to see people’s advice on how to start chatting about it. There’s a lot of pressure to have sex, but the sooner you start talking to people, the easier it is to understand!
