Carrie Hope Fletcher on dealing with stress
We’ve all got busy lives and *deep breath* so many things to do and friends to see and homework or revision or exam pressure and maybe even jobs as well and, and, and… STRESS. Sometimes it just builds up and it can totally de-rail you. Carrie Hope Fletcher is suuuuuuuuper busy so to cope with stress she has five key tips which she’s sharing in this video.
Talk to your friends! The moment you tell someone that you’re struggling to cope with exam stress or whatever, you’ll feel better because you’ve started sharing the problem – and sharing is caring! Sleep is also so important – sometimes we just CAN NOT SLEEP and it’s because we’re worrying about everything we have to do – SO – by talking and sharing your worries you’ll be amazed how much it helps you catch those all-important zzzzzzzzzzz’s. Carrie also recommends being good to your body because although it can be tempting to eat junk food for an energy boost (or, even worse, turn to first time drinking smoking or drugs to escape the stress) those things will only make you feel worse. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of healthy food because that’s what your body needs and no-one wants to feel tired and stressed all the time. The fifth and final tip is to take a break and go for a walk! Honestly, it works wonders for the soul.
