How can I cope with some of the stresses of growing up?
Growing up doesn’t have to be stressful. Our advice? Get it off your mind and on paper. Sometimes getting it all down will let you see that it’s not as bad as you thought! Still feeling down? Don’t be afraid to talk it out with someone you trust.
