Dealing with exam stress
We know how stressful exams can be when you’re trying to balance a million things at once, and so does Jimmy from the 4:01 Show, so he asked a whole bunch of celebrities to give advice. If you’re feeling stressed over school this is totally worth watching because Pixie Lott, The Vamps, Becca Dudley and more are all super helpful!
One of the main points they all make is that it’s important to follow your instinct and do whatever it is you feel like doing when you wanna chill. So if you want to sit on the sofa, get under a blanket and watch a movie then go for it! Maybe you’re looking enviously out the window while figuring out how to cope with exams… so go for a walk and get outside! If you feel like you haven’t seen your friends in a minute then give them a shout and go chill! It’s totally okay to hang out if you’ve been revising for time, because you’ve earned it. Your brain actually needs time to de-compress, so if you can’t figure out how to refresh your mind during exams the answer is – give it a break!
