We know change can be hard to deal with, but it can also be really positive.

Jade and Elijah chat to you about what helps to deal with the stress sometimes caused by change, whether its from changes in our relationships or where we live to all the many changes we might feel from exams and expectations we put on ourselves.

Talking to someone you trust or taking some time out to enjoy a sport you love, listen to music or other hobbies can all help to relieve the stress.
