There are so many things in life that can change around us and it’s just so easy to let them stress us out. Moving to a new place, breaking up with someone, seeing your parents break up, exam stress, getting braces, being somewhere new – sometimes you just want to *screams out loud* and let it all out! In this video, Elijah and Jade talk to people going through all these different changes because, you know what? Anything you’re going through someone will have been through before. Stay connected to your friends (it’s lonely with no friends!) because talking to people is the number one way to realise that things will be okay!

Every change has a good side – even if it really doesn’t feel like it when it’s happening to you – and it’s good to take a moment to step back and have a look at what’s happening right now rather than worrying about the future. No-one knows what’s coming up next in life, so try not to stress about it. Throughout life you’ll find things change, and out of those changes come new people, new friends, new experiences and new opportunities – which is totally scary BUT also totally exciting! And it’s happening to everyone – not just you – so talk to your friends about it. You never know, they might be just as stressed as you – and you could end up de-stressing your friend at the same time as yourself.

By sharing your experiences you can prepare yourself and your friends for the changes that will come in the future and be ready – because whatever life throws at you, you can deal with it! Truth.
