Friends

Friends. Everyone has them and everyone needs them. They’re there with you through the good and bad times. We’re saying ‘Yay!’ to friendship!

“Hello my friend, I have something difficult I’d like to talk to you about. Is that okay?” “Of course it is! Ask away.” *rolls eyes* Yeah. Right. It’s obviously not that easy to talk about something that’s troubling you, but if you have exam nerves, or fat hate or you’re worried you don’t have any friends – whatever the issue is – having that conversation will always help.

So how do you even begin to have that conversation without it sounding long? The boys from F2Freestylers have made this video sharing their Top 5 Tips about how to have those chats – all while showing their mad talent and freestyle skills. So basically, unlike their tricks, talking to someone is waaaaaay easier than you think. Just make sure it’s someone you trust – like, properly trust – and you’ll usually find that they feel the same way or they’ve been through it before. Try doing something else while you’re chatting too – go for a walk, attempt some keep-ups – so that it’s not like *serious face* “now let’s have a conversation” which could get bare awkward and mean you find it harder to chat.

You’ll find it’s easy to talk once you’ve started, and talking will always help with whatever you’re going through, leaving you more time to practice your skills on the pitch 😉
